Ordering from Tmrtnmall should be straightforward. Our delivery arrangements are explained below.

Delivery destinations
We serve customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada where delivery is available at checkout. If your address is not accepted, please contact us before ordering.

Standard shipping charges
Orders of US$50.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below US$50.00, standard shipping costs US$5.99.

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. These amounts are in US dollars. If checkout uses a different currency, it displays the applicable local amount and delivery charge before payment.

Estimated arrival
Standard delivery is estimated at 7–14 calendar days from order confirmation, including order processing and transit.

Any different delivery arrangement must be clearly disclosed and agreed before you place the order. Weather, customs checks and busy periods can affect arrival. An estimate does not remove your legal rights if an order is late or never arrives.

Order updates and address changes
We send an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. Tracking details will be provided when available. Please check your delivery address before paying. If you notice an error, email abyssabyssarrowenchanter@outlook.com promptly with your order number. Changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched; we will explain the available options.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries
If we cannot meet the stated shipping or delivery timetable, we will contact you with an update and explain your options to wait or cancel for a full refund. We obtain consent to a shipping delay where required by law; if the required consent is not obtained, we cancel and refund the affected order.

If your parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. A carrier delivery scan alone does not automatically resolve a disputed delivery. We do not require you to settle the matter with the carrier yourself.

Taxes and import charges
Checkout shows the taxes and shipping charges we collect. Any import duties, customs fees or other charges payable separately by the customer will be disclosed before purchase, with the amount or calculation basis where available. Contact us before ordering if those costs are unclear. We do not impose undisclosed charges after you place an order.
